Nemo 개인정보 처리방침
Nemo (이하 "앱") 는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 처리방침은 앱이 어떤 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·공유하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

다. 카메라·사진
QR 코드 스캔, 프로필 이미지 등록 등 사용자가 명시적으로 기능을 사용할 때만 접근하며, 카메라로 스캔한 데이터는 단말기 내에서만 처리되고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인, 본인 확인
- 가계부·공동 장부·자산 관리 기능 제공
- 공동 장부 멤버 간 거래·정산 공유
- 푸시 알림 발송 (초대, 댓글, 정산 등)
- 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석
- 광고 노출 및 측정
3. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
회원 탈퇴 시 사용자의 개인정보와 거래 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다. 다만 공동 장부에 본인 외 다른 멤버가 있는 경우, 그 장부 내 본인이 등록한 거래는 다른 멤버의 정산 무결성을 위해 익명화되어 유지될 수 있습니다. 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공·처리위탁
앱은 다음 서비스에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다:

위 수탁사는 각 사의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다. 위 외의 제3자에게는 사용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 광고 식별자 및 추적
iOS 14.5 이상에서 앱 실행 시 「앱 추적 투명성 (ATT)」 동의를 요청합니다. 동의하면 광고 식별자 (IDFA) 를 사용해 맞춤형 광고가 제공되며, 거부해도 광고는 표시되지만 개인화되지 않습니다. 동의 여부는 iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
6. 사용자의 권리
- 본인의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구
- 앱 내 "마이 → 회원 탈퇴" 로 즉시 처리 가능
- 또는 아래 연락처로 요청 시 지체 없이 처리
7. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만으로 확인된 경우 즉시 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다.
8. 안전 조치
- Firebase 의 TLS 암호화 통신
- Firestore 보안 규칙 기반 접근 제어 — 본인 또는 같은 장부 멤버만 데이터 접근
- 로컬 캐시 의 OS 샌드박스 보호
9. 변경 고지
본 처리방침의 내용이 변경될 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 공지합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 시행 7일 전, 사용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전 공지합니다.

Nemo Privacy Policy
Nemo ("the App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use, store, and share it.
1. Information We Collect

c. Camera & Photos
We access the camera or photo library only when you explicitly use a feature that requires it (QR scan, profile image). Scanned camera data is processed on-device and never transmitted to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate and identify you
- Provide budgeting, shared-ledger, and asset features
- Share transactions and settlements among shared-ledger members
- Send push notifications (invites, comments, settlement events)
- Aggregate statistics to improve the service
- Serve and measure ads
3. Retention & Deletion
When you delete your account, your personal data and transactions are deleted immediately. However, in a shared ledger with other members, the transactions you created may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the settlement integrity of other members. Where law requires retention, we keep the data in a separated storage only for the required period and then destroy it.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use the following processors to operate the App:

Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with any other third party without your consent.
5. Advertising Identifier & Tracking
On iOS 14.5 or later, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you allow tracking, IDFA is used to deliver personalized ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. You can change this at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
6. Your Rights
- Right to access, correct, delete your data or restrict processing
- Use "My → Delete account" in the App for immediate handling
- Or contact us at the address below; we will respond without delay
7. Children Under 14
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we discover such an account, we delete it and its data immediately.
8. Security Measures
- TLS-encrypted transport via Firebase
- Firestore security rules — only you or your shared-ledger members can access your data
- Local cache protected by the OS sandbox
9. Changes to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be announced in the App or on this page in advance. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before effect, and changes unfavorable to users at least 30 days before.
