TimePixel 개인정보 처리방침
TimePixel (이하 "앱") 은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 처리방침은 앱이 어떤 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·공유하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

다. 카메라·사진
크루 인증 사진·영상 촬영, 프로필 이미지 등록 등 사용자가 명시적으로 기능을 사용할 때만 카메라에 접근합니다. 인증 사진은 촬영 단계부터 저화질로 처리해 업로드하며, 업로드 후 48시간이 지나면 서버에서 자동 삭제됩니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인, 본인 확인
- 타임박싱·시간 추정·회고·잔디 기능 제공
- 크루 멤버 간 인증 사진·영상, 잔디, 정시성 점수 공유
- 크루 세션 시각 추천 — 단, 크루에게는 "몇 시가 비어 있는지"만 공유되며 일정의 내용은 공유되지 않습니다
- 푸시 알림 발송 (블록 시작·종료, 크루 세션 카운트다운, 회고 등)
- 유료 구독(프리미엄·크루 플랜) 관리
- 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석
3. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
- 인증 사진·영상은 업로드 후 48시간이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 회원 탈퇴 시 사용자의 개인정보와 기록 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다.
- 다만 크루에 다른 멤버가 있는 경우, 크루 피드에 남긴 글 등 공동 기록은 남은 멤버를 위해 익명화되어 유지될 수 있습니다.
- 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공·처리위탁
앱은 다음 서비스에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다:

위 수탁사는 각 사의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다. 위 외의 제3자에게는 사용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 광고 및 추적
앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 광고 식별자 (IDFA / AAID) 를 수집하지 않습니다. 맞춤형 광고 목적의 추적도 하지 않습니다.
6. 사용자의 권리
- 본인의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구
- 앱 내 "마이 → 계정 삭제" 로 즉시 처리 가능
- 또는 아래 연락처로 요청 시 지체 없이 처리
7. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만으로 확인된 경우 즉시 계정과 데이터를 삭제합니다.
8. 안전 조치
- Firebase 의 TLS 암호화 통신
- Firestore 보안 규칙 기반 접근 제어 — 본인 또는 같은 크루 멤버만 데이터 접근
- 인증 사진·영상의 48시간 자동 삭제 및 해시 검증
- 로컬 캐시의 OS 샌드박스 보호
9. 변경 고지
본 처리방침의 내용이 변경될 경우 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 공지합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 시행 7일 전, 사용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전 공지합니다.

TimePixel Privacy Policy
TimePixel ("the App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use, store, and share it.
1. Information We Collect

c. Camera & Photos
We access the camera only when you explicitly use a feature that requires it (crew check-in photo/video, profile image). Check-in photos are captured at reduced resolution and are automatically deleted from our servers 48 hours after upload.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate and identify you
- Provide timeboxing, time-estimating, review, and grass features
- Share check-in photos/videos, grass, and punctuality scores among crew members
- Recommend crew session times — crews only see which hours are free; the contents of your schedule are never shared
- Send push notifications (block start/end, crew countdown, daily review)
- Manage paid subscriptions (Premium, Crew Plan)
- Aggregate statistics to improve the service
3. Retention & Deletion
- Check-in photos and videos are automatically deleted 48 hours after upload.
- When you delete your account, your personal data and records are deleted immediately.
- In a crew with other members, shared records such as crew feed posts may be retained in anonymized form for the remaining members.
- Where law requires retention, we keep the data in separated storage only for the required period and then destroy it.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use the following processors to operate the App:

Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with any other third party without your consent.
5. Advertising & Tracking
The App shows no ads and does not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID). We do not track you for advertising purposes.
6. Your Rights
- Right to access, correct, delete your data or restrict processing
- Use "My → Delete account" in the App for immediate handling
- Or contact us at the address below; we will respond without delay
7. Children Under 14
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we discover such an account, we delete it and its data immediately.
8. Security Measures
- TLS-encrypted transport via Firebase
- Firestore security rules — only you or your crew members can access your data
- 48-hour auto-deletion and hash verification of check-in media
- Local cache protected by the OS sandbox
9. Changes to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be announced in the App or on this page in advance. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before effect, and changes unfavorable to users at least 30 days before.
