데이터 삭제 요청
FRAEMII 는 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않으므로 지울 "계정"이 없습니다. 사진 촬영과 편집은 전부 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
서버에 남는 것은 두 가지뿐이고, 둘 다 아래 방법으로 지울 수 있습니다.
1. 기기 안의 사진 — 직접 지우기
촬영한 컷과 완성된 네컷은 기기 안에만 있습니다. 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
- 보관함 — 앱 오른쪽 위 보관함에서 항목을 눌러 삭제. 지우지 않아도 7일 뒤 자동으로 사라집니다.
- 사진 앱에 저장한 파일 — 사진 앱(갤러리)의 FRAEMII 앨범에서 삭제.
- 앱 삭제 — 앱을 지우면 보관함·설치한 프레임·익명 식별자가 함께 사라집니다.
2. QR 전달로 올린 사진 — 7일 뒤 자동 삭제
QR 전달을 선택했을 때만 완성본(사진·메이킹 영상)이 서버에 올라갑니다. 업로드 7일 뒤 자동으로 삭제되며, 그전에 지우고 싶으면 아래로 요청해 주세요.
- 제목: [FRAEMII] QR 사진 삭제 요청
- 본문에 QR 링크 주소를 넣어 주세요 (예: https://fraemii-cumiel.web.app/s/?id=k7f3q2). 링크가 곧 그 사진의 주소라 이것만 있으면 찾을 수 있습니다.
3. 사용 통계 — 요청으로 삭제
어떤 분할·프레임을 골랐는지, 저장·공유했는지 같은 익명 사용 통계를 Firebase Analytics 로 수집합니다. 사진의 내용이나 위치 좌표는 포함되지 않습니다.
- 제목: [FRAEMII] 사용 통계 삭제 요청
- 이 통계는 이름·이메일과 연결되어 있지 않습니다. 본문에 기기 모델과 대략의 사용 기간을 적어 주시면 해당 기록을 찾아 삭제합니다. QR 전달을 쓰신 적이 있다면 그 링크를 함께 주시면 더 정확합니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 이후 수집이 즉시 멈춥니다. 남은 기록은 Firebase 보존 기간(최대 14개월) 뒤 만료됩니다.
요청 보내는 곳
영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다. 본인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 여쭐 수 있습니다.
위치 정보에 대하여
지역 명소 프레임을 열 때만 현재 위치를 읽고, 기기 안에서 명소와의 거리만 비교한 뒤 버립니다. 좌표를 서버로 보내거나 저장하지 않으므로 삭제할 위치 기록이 없습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

Delete Your Data
FRAEMII has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number, so there is no account to delete. Photos are captured and edited entirely on your device.
Only two things ever reach our servers, and both can be removed below.
1. Photos on your device — delete them yourself
Your takes and finished strips stay on your device. They are never sent to a server.
- In-app vault — open the vault (top right) and delete an item. Anything left is removed automatically after 7 days.
- Files saved to your photo library — delete them from the FRAEMII album in Photos or Gallery.
- Uninstall — removing the app also removes the vault, installed frames and the anonymous identifier.
2. Photos you sent by QR — deleted after 7 days
A finished photo and making-of video reach our servers only when you choose QR delivery. They are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. To remove one sooner, email us.
- Subject: [FRAEMII] Delete QR photo
- Include the QR link (for example https://fraemii-cumiel.web.app/s/?id=k7f3q2). The link is the address of that photo, so it is all we need.
3. Usage statistics — delete on request
We collect anonymous usage statistics through Firebase Analytics: which layout and frame you picked, whether you saved or shared. They never include the content of your photos or your coordinates.
- Subject: [FRAEMII] Delete usage statistics
- These statistics are not linked to your name or email. Tell us your device model and roughly when you used the app and we will find and delete the matching records. If you used QR delivery, sending that link too makes it exact.
- Uninstalling stops collection immediately. Anything already recorded expires after Firebase's retention period (up to 14 months).
Where to send your request
We handle requests within 7 business days and reply with the result. We may ask for more detail to confirm the request is yours.
About location
Your location is read only when you open landmark frames, compared against landmark coordinates on the device, and discarded. Coordinates are never transmitted or stored, so there is no location data to delete. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.
