개인정보처리방침
FRAEMII 는 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않고, 사진 촬영과 편집은 모두 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.
위치는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 지역 명소 프레임을 열 때만 현재 위치를 읽어 기기 안에서 명소 좌표와 거리만 비교하며, 좌표를 서버로 보내거나 저장하지 않습니다.
사진이 서버에 올라가는 경우는 하나뿐입니다. 사용자가 QR 전달을 선택했을 때(부스 모드에서는 QR 화면이 뜰 때)이며, 이렇게 올라간 사진은 7일 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

사용 통계에는 사진의 내용이나 위치 좌표가 포함되지 않습니다. 행사 코드를 입력한 경우 그 코드 문자열은 통계에 기록됩니다.
2. 앱이 요청하는 권한
- 카메라 — 네컷 사진 촬영. 거부하면 촬영 기능만 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 사진 — 완성본을 사진 앱에 저장하고, 앨범의 사진을 프레임에 넣습니다.
- 위치(앱 사용 중에만) — 지역 명소 프레임 잠금 해제. 거부해도 앱의 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있고, 명소 프레임만 잠긴 채로 표시됩니다.
권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. FRAEMII 는 백그라운드에서 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.
3. QR 전달 링크에 관한 안내
QR 전달을 선택하면 완성본이 임시 링크로 올라갑니다. 이 링크를 아는 사람은 누구나 해당 사진을 볼 수 있으므로, 그 자리에서 함께 찍은 사람에게만 QR 을 보여 주세요. 링크와 파일은 업로드 7일 뒤 자동으로 삭제되며, 그전에 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
FRAEMII 는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다.

Firebase 는 데이터를 국외(미국 등 Google 데이터센터)에서 처리합니다. 앱을 설치·이용함으로써 위 처리위탁 및 국외 이전에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 기기 내 사진·보관함은 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
- QR 전달로 올린 파일의 즉시 삭제, 사용 통계의 열람·삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 방법은 데이터 삭제 요청 페이지에 정리해 두었습니다.
- 기기 설정에서 권한을 철회하거나, 광고 식별자 초기화·앱 삭제로 통계 수집을 중단할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
FRAEMII 는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 앱을 이용하는 경우 법정대리인의 지도 아래 이용하시기 바랍니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS 로 암호화합니다.
- QR 전달 파일은 추측하기 어려운 무작위 식별자 경로에 저장되고, 덮어쓰기·삭제가 차단되며, 7일 수명 주기로 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 서버에 저장하는 정보를 최소화합니다 — 사진 원본, 위치, 연락처는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위를 넘어 보관하지 않습니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행일과 변경 내용을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전부터 안내합니다.
Privacy Policy
FRAEMII has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email or phone number, and photos are captured and edited entirely on your device.
Your location never leaves your device. When you open landmark frames the app reads your current position only to measure the distance to a landmark on the device itself. The coordinates are never transmitted or stored.
Photos reach our servers in exactly one case: when you choose QR delivery (or when the QR screen appears in booth mode). Those uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Usage statistics never include the content of your photos or your coordinates. If you enter an event code, that code string is recorded in analytics.
2. Permissions the app requests
- Camera — taking the photos. Declining disables only shooting.
- Photos — saving finished strips to your library and importing existing photos into a frame.
- Location (while using the app) — unlocking landmark frames. If you decline, everything else keeps working and landmark frames simply stay locked.
You can revoke any permission in your device settings at any time. FRAEMII never collects location in the background.
3. About QR delivery links
Choosing QR delivery uploads the finished photo to a temporary link. Anyone who has that link can view the photo, so only show the QR code to the people you took the photo with. The link and files are deleted automatically 7 days after upload; to have them removed sooner, contact us at the address below.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We use the following processor to operate the service.

Firebase processes data outside Korea, in Google data centres including the United States. By installing and using the app you consent to this processing and transfer.
5. Your rights
- You can delete photos and the in-app vault yourself; uninstalling the app removes them.
- You may request immediate deletion of files uploaded for QR delivery, and access to or deletion of your usage statistics. We act on such requests without delay.
- You can revoke permissions in device settings, or stop analytics collection by resetting your advertising identifier or uninstalling the app.
6. Children
FRAEMII is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children under 14 should use the app under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
7. Security
- All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
- QR delivery files are stored under unguessable random identifiers, cannot be overwritten or deleted by others, and expire on a 7-day lifecycle.
- We minimise what is stored on servers — photos, location and contact details are not retained beyond what the service requires.

9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will post the new effective date and the changes on this page. Changes that disadvantage users will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
